Carolyn S. Hicks Dyer age 87, of Monroe, Ohio passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2024. She was born on October 23, 1936 in Bristol, Virginia to the late Ozzie and Viola (Kilgore) Stallard. Carolyn was a district manager for Hilton Hotels. She was very generous, but most of all she found great joy in her children and being a grandma.
Carolyn is survived by her children, Dean (Carol) Hicks and Steve (Becky) Hicks; 4 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her cousins, Dicky (Carolyn) Glover, Ronnie (Thelma) Glover, Rocky (Donna) Densmore, Jeff (Lisa) Ballard.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Ozzie and Viola Stallard; her husband, Bobby Hicks in 2008; her special cousin, Janice McCrary
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way, Fairfield at Rt.4, from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Barry Wilson officiating.
