Carolyn P. Norland

Carolyn P. Norland age 80 of Fairfield passed away on Tuesday August 25, 2026. She was born on April 24, 1946 in Cincinnati the daughter of the late Nathan and Betty (nee Ellis) Taylor. Carolyn retired from Proctor and Gamble after many years of service. She was a very active member of Rolling Hills Baptist Church serving in the grief group, vacation bible school as well as many other roles. She loved her church family deeply. She is survived by her loving husband Lowell “Tyke” Norland; three children Keith (Caitlyn) Taylor, Megan Allen, and Heather (Todd) Reece; six grandchildren Logan Taylor, Kaylee Taylor, Jesse Wendland, Elijah Allen, Liam Robinson, and Hudson Reece; three siblings Teresa Taylor-Lagory, John Taylor, and Ernessa Taylor; special nephew Thomas Lagory; as well as her best friend her dog Buddy. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. She was preceded in death by her son Pete Owens; three siblings Diana Oelrich, Nathan Taylor II, and Denver Taylor; as well as her dog Peaches. Visitation will be on Saturday August 29, 2026 at Rolling Hills Baptist Church 5742 Pleasant Ave Fairfield, OH 45014 from 12:00PM until the time of the funeral 2:00PM with Pastor Daniel Keaton officiating.
