Billy Jo Carson age 85 of Fairfield passed away on Thursday July 27, 2023. She was born on November 24, 1937 in London, KY the daughter of the late William and Stella (nee Sherman) Hale. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years Edward Carson; one daughter Robyn (the late Ken) Rohr; two grandchildren Elise (Ben) Woeste and Christian Rohr, and great grandson Aidan. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends. She was preceded in death by her sister Nola Webb. THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME is serving the family.
