Billie F Engel

Billie F. Engel age 104 of Fairfield passed away Tuesday February 3, 2026. She was born November 12, 1921 in Emberson, Texas the daughter of the late Charles and Florence Caviness Hall. Mrs. Engel taught in the Northwest School District for many years and was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. In 1943 she married Larry Kemen who passed away in 1967. She then married Joseph Engel in 1970 and he passed away in 1972. She is survived by her son Donald (Cheryl) Kemen; step sons Philip (Mary) Engel, Joe (Nancy) Engel, and Bob (Terry) Engel; 15 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her brother Marvin Hall and sister Eva Brown. Visitation on Tuesday February 17, 2026 at St. John Neumann Church 12191 Mill Rd Cincinnati 45240 from 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.
