Barbara "Sue" McPeek

Barbara Sue McPeek age 86 of Fairfield passed away Saturday August 22, 2026 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 1, 1940 in Harrison County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Fred Bryant and Helen Miller Bryant. On April 27, 1969 in Jellico, Tennessee she married Harold McPeek. Mrs. McPeek worked for over 35 years as an executive secretary for the Procter and Gamble Company. She was an active member of the Lindenwald Community Church where she served as co-treasurer and the Altar Guild as well as many other capacities within the church. She enjoyed bowling and participated in the Procter and Gamble Women’s League as well as many mixed couples leagues over the years. Mrs. McPeek is survived by her husband Harold McPeek; one daughter Theresa (Christopher) Piron; and one sister Dorothy (Rich) Memoli. She was also preceded in death by two brothers Donald Bryant and Fred Bryant, Jr.; her sister Sandra Bricking, brother-in-law Gary Bricking, and sister-in-law Judy Bryant. Visitation at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield on Monday August 31, 2026 from 5:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 PM, with Pastor Val Mullaney, officiating.
